The Seattle Dental Group is a family of four long-trusted dental practices in downtown Seattle and South Lake Union. We are not a new name in town. Really nice, very understanding, very clear with everything that is going to happen or needs to happen, also very gentle. I’ve gotten a total of 5 fillings and several teeth cleanings. It only gets smoother and faster every time.
Super clean and nice office, newest technology. Even the dental chairs have massage feature. Everyone I interact with from the dental assistant to Dr Rainey to the front desk are very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Rainey offered precise explanation to me about my current state of oral health, what all the procedures are doing, and specific recommendations.
I have been going to Dentist Downtown Seattle for 7 years now. I just went for my cleaning appointment and was very pleased with the hygienist. She was thorough, gentle, and very professional. The office is clean and the space is inviting with tons of art work all around the office. The front desk folks are welcoming and efficient. They are even open for half days on Saturdays!
I’ve been coming here for years, and just had my cleaning which reminded me to post a review cause I love them and I want everyone to know. The staff here is just amazing and super kind. I originally came in due to a bigger issue, but have kept coming for my regular cleanings. They are understanding that we are all human and sometimes our best doesn’t look as good as we want it.

Ever since I started going to Dr. Ryan Guske at Downtown Seattle Dentists I could not be happier with the care I’ve received. Dr. Guske and the entire staff at the office are incredibly friendly, attentive and exercised genuine care. They took the time to explain, listen to my concerns, and ensure I was comfortable during the entire visit.
Temporary crown came off and they fit me in quickly. Five stars.
