Yes. Following your exam and treatment planning visit, our Boren Ave N team writes up an estimate based on the coverage we verify. You will know what to expect out of pocket before treatment starts, with the final benefit call resting with your insurance company.
Yes. Claim submission is handled in house at our Boren Ave N office. We send PPO claims straight to your carrier, track them, and contact you only if something is needed from your end.
Generally, yes. HSA and FSA funds cover most eligible dental treatment at our Boren Ave N office. Confirm what your account allows, and let us know if you need an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.
